The official app of the 2013 Asheville Tattoo Fest. Asheville Tattoo Fest is the first tattoo convention in Asheville, North Carolina. Named the "New Freak Capital of America" by Rolling STone, Asheville is home to 23 local shops and a huge tattoo subculture.
